TERMS OF SERVICE: By using the Ingo Imports website, you agree to the following. 

PRICING: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

PRODUCT ACCURACY: We strive to show products as accurately as possible, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as stock unavailability or errors in pricing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Since products are sourced globally, the customer is considered the importer of record. Any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees  levied by Kenyan authorities upon the arrival of the package in the country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION: Orders will be only processed once a confirmation is received from our payment processor (PayStack). In the event of an M-pesa reversal or failed transaction, Ingo Imports reserves the right to cancel the order immediately without notice.

SHIPPING DELAYS: While we provide estimated delivery windows ( 15-25 business days), these are are estimates and not guarantees. Ingo Imports is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, global logistics disruptions, or local courier challenges within Kenya.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Small Variations in color or packaging may occur.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders can only be cancelled within 12hrs of purchase. Once an order has been processed with our global suppliers, we cannot stop the shipment or offer a cancellation refund.
